Here at Outsmarting Anxiety & OCD, we believe in creating a growing, team-oriented and supportive environment while performing gold standard treatment in all areas related to anxiety and OCD.
Our mission is to help those we work with to take charge of their lives while anxiety takes a back seat. Our vision is to bring a much needed resource in the anxiety & OCD community to life in Arizona: a group of specialists whose goals are to continuously grow their knowledge and training, creatively find ways to deliver service to the whole person, and launch services beyond the therapy room.
Integrity
We pride ourselves on providing quality, evidence based treatment, practicing honesty and transparency (for example, wait times and when a presenting problem is outside of our specialty scope), and consistently utilizing resources to remain up-to-date in our care for our clients.
Growth
We strive to consistently grow, professionally, clinically, and personally. It is important that we engage in self-care, expand our knowledge and skill-set as a clinician and in personal interests, and connect with our most authentic selves. When we are consistent with personal and professional development, we become the best version of ourselves for each other, our clients, our community, our family and ourselves.

We set an example as we help those to face fears in the pursuit of living a rich, fulfilling and meaningful life. It is important that we practice facing our own fears and challenge ourselves to purse goals that are aligned with our values. When we practice what we teach our clients, we do better work.

We work to contribute and provide value in our community through devoting ourselves to a much needed service. We work to contribute to our colleagues, our team, our clients and their families. We seek to work from an abundant (not scarcity) mindset, give our time and knowledge when possible, and support those who need it.
